		<description>&lt;p&gt;It should be pretty straighforward, once you have unpacked the app you should be able to just double click on the rvsnoop.cmd command to start it.
Note that you will need to have some basic environment variables set up, but this is normal for any TIBCO tool. If you have a look at the rvsnoop.cmd file in a text editor it shows all of the environment variables that are used but basically you need to set TIBCO_HOME to point to the root of your installation (normally C:\TIBCO).
If you still have problems let me know (if you tell me the errors that you are seeing I may be able to provide more specific help).
